Not yet published. Our terms of service are being finalised with counsel before publication. In the meantime, here is how we intend to operate.
- You own your data. You can export it at any time, on every plan, and take it with you if you leave.
- Going over a plan limit never triggers an automatic charge. It stops new quotes entering follow-up and offers an upgrade.
- You control what is sent on your behalf. Nothing goes to a customer without passing the sending rules your organization has configured.
- Messages sent from your account are sent as your business, and remain your responsibility as the sender.
